ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we are more than happy to exchange an item if the item delivered differs from the original order and invoice, or if the product has a defect. 

Exchanges may be processed within 7 days after delivery, please contact us within 7 days.  We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. All SPECIAL ORDER/ PERSONALIZED (this includes ALL rings, anything in custom size options, and all items with initials). 

All lead times are indicated in the product descriptions - as long as an item is delivered within this given lead time, we will not refund payment/cancel an order. If you have questions about personalizing a piece or about the availability of an item, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.


We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable. Please note that if you've ordered multiple items, we batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise discussed via email.
